All in-person courses and workshops take place at our salon & training academy in Harlow, Essex.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, we give both a deposit option and an option to pay with Klarna on our courses.

Will I receive a qualification?

For all of our Beginner Courses, you will receive a qualification recognised by International Approval - this will allow you to gain insurance.

Will I be qualified on the day?

For Beginner Courses, you will be asked to complete and submit 4 case studies before receiving your certificate. This ensures that you are confident and fully competent in the treatment before taking on paying clients.

For Non-Beginner Courses, you will be awarded with your certificate on the day.

Will I receive a kit?

Please refer to each individual course page, as it will give information on whether or not a kit is included.

How many students will there be on a course?

For all courses, there will be a maximum of 2 students. This creates an intimate learning experience and allows the educator to focus on students individually when learning a new skill from scratch.

For workshops, there will a maximum of 4 students. As our workshops are designed to elevate existing skills, 4 students is an ideal number to allow for practice on each other and group discussions.

Is there any online work to do before a course?

Before each course, you will get access to the training manual of which you should familiarise yourself with before attending the course. Due to the detailed nature of our courses, we include a lot of theory which is essential to know as a professional in the industry. However, in the time frame we have it can be hard to fit this all in in person, as we also need to focus on practical and hands on skills. Therefore, students are asked to gain an understanding of the theory online before the course - we will recap on the day and there will be a short exam to confirm your understanding.
