Booking and Payment

 

- A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place on the course.

- Your spot is not confirmed until we receive your payment.

- Full payment must be made by the date stated in your booking confirmation.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

We understand that things can change, but due to limited spaces, we have a strict refund policy:

 

- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless the course is cancelled by us.

- If you cancel more than 14 days before your course starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

- If you cancel less than 14 days before your course, no refund will be given.

 

3. Reschedule Policy

 

If you need to reschedule:

 

- You must give at least 7 days notice before your course date to reschedule at no extra cost.

- If you give less than 7 days notice, you will lose your deposit unless the space is filled.

- You can only reschedule a course once.

 

4. Cancellation by Us

 

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course if necessary (e.g. due to illness or emergencies).

- If we cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

5. Online Courses

 

- Access to online courses is granted once full payment is received.

- No refunds are given for online courses once access has been granted, even if you do not complete the course.

- You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection to complete your training.

 

6. Attendance and Conduct

 

- Please arrive on time for your in-person training. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join and no refund will be given.

- Respectful and professional behaviour is expected from all students. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

7. Certification

 

- Certificates are issued only once you have successfully completed the course and passed any required assessments.

- Certificates are for personal use only and must not be altered or copied without permission.

 

8. Copyright and Course Materials

 

All course materials, both digital and physical, are the property of Elevate Academy. This includes:

 

- Manuals  

- Videos  

- Images  

- Lesson content  

- Any other resources provided during training

 

By enrolling in our courses, you agree:

 

- Not to copy, share, distribute, sell or reproduce any part of our materials.

- Not to use the training content to create your own training courses.

- Not to record any part of the course without permission.

 

All rights are reserved. Legal action may be taken if these terms are broken.

 

9. Health and Safety (In-Person Courses)

 

- If you're feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please do not attend your course.

- Let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
